Shefter: The definition of insubordination

I just think that thomas doesn't want to play football anymore. I get that from just reading his comments. No hint of desire about anything

I have no proof, but I would not doubt this for a second.

It's kinda like regular work. If you have a software engineer with a good skill-set, you have a choice to work for a start-up and 12 hrs a day + or work for a F500 fro 8hrs a day. Different culure. Different set of requriements for an employee by the org.

As we all know, the job descr. in Foxboro is different than other places.

When browsing the forum, up near the top in the red banner, you'll see UserCP. Click that. Go down to where it says Edit Ignore List. In the box where it says, "Add a Member to Your List", type in tanked_as_usual and then the OK button. Next click the Save Changes button.

Now, a troll like tanked_as_usual will show up like this:
tanked_as_usual

This message is hidden because tanked_as_usual is on your ignore list.

Everyone's better off... and tanked_as_usual can go pollute another discussion board.

Why would I do that? He's made some decent points.

That could indicate a lack of desire to play, but also the possible response of an individual with the maturity of a 2 year old when his rattle is taken away from him. I don't claim to know Thomas, but if he believes he is entitled to better treatment and has no concept of team, he may not be acting with a long-term perspective.

T.O. wanted to play with other teams and conducted himself in a manner similar to this on two occasions. He just believed his skills would land him his next job and was incapable of keeping either his ego or mouth in check to guarantee better subsequent deals.

no rattle has been taken, and he was playing like this long before being admonished the first time

T.O. comparisons are very poor
