Anybody have any ideas of what's going on with this guy?

Actually it's NOT his first day...there is a 3 week window that he can start practice..there is NO rule that says everyone on PUP HAS to start now...it is just available...IF the team wishes to start the 3 week clock to activation now...After 3 weeks..decisions must be made...ACTIVATE...IR...CUT

Noooooooo......far from it...I doubt they wish to have the window similar for all four PUPs.....Troy is also eligible to start now...there is a three week window to start practicing...and then after one starts, a 3 week window for decisions..which can be made anytime... The ONLY question I have is how the bye affects it...IF at all....

The bye is a week in the NFL just like any other. They actually pay players over a 17 week and not 16 week schedule.

Best case is he returns to play for 1/2 of the WSH game so he can be ready for the Colts. The Pats are a better run stopping defense with Seymour. Addeye, (1$ to PatsFanInVa), is looking really tough.
