Julian Edelman doesn't tend to get the credit and respect he deserves around the league, but one former player took notice in a recent ESPN segment, putting him ahead of some notable names which created some controversy.

Back to back years where I didn't like who was in the Superbowl. Found it hard to cheer for either teams both years but I had to go with the Seahawks.

The beatdown was epic! Turned out to be the best Superbowl I've watched in a while for me. Seeing the forehead choke again was great! :D

I didn't break out any snacks for the superbowl for the 2nd straight year but damn i broke out the snacks right after the game ended and started reading this thread and the broncos forum and watching post game coverage! I've been laughing so hard and enjoying Manning and the Broncos' demise.

I love the GIF's and tweets in this thread...I haven't laughed this hard in a while. Thanks guys! This day turned out to be much better than I expected it to be! :D

NFL dodged crummy weather by less than 12 hours. The dreaded wintry mix turning to snow right now in NYC. good luck to those with flights.

I'm actually glad the weather was good for the beatdown. Takes away that excuse.

Yes, for all the hand wringing about it, the Superbowl being played outside didn't have any effect whatsoever. 50 something degrees!
