When do you have to let them know if you are able to renew or not and do you guys know when they reach out to those on the waitlist? I know I am very very close on the list.

Usually payment is due March 31, although they will work with you if, say, you can only get 50% by that date and they'll give you another month for the rest.

So I'd say by March 31 is the day STHers have to commit.
