What would happen if this years draft goes ahead but the football season does not ? Would that mean the 2021 draft players from college will still go into a draft........probably but could be a log jam of players

I imagine the vast majority of college players would stay in school an extra year. There might be a supplemental draft for the extremely small number of players who wanted to turn pro despite not playing college ball next year (in other words, Trevor Lawrence).

My biggest problem with that is the unfairness of a team getting the #1 overall two years in a row, so I think league would have to mix up the order a bit.

Let’s hope the above does not come to pass.

If I don’t get auto insurance commercials featuring a swollen headed retired QB or a porn-stached QB whose family hates him after every draft selection, I might stay eating bats from the wet market again.

Got no problem with the One Round One Day idea...the time between picks during rounds 4-7 should then be expanded from 5 minutes to at least 7 if not 10 minutes....It would become a nightly viewing event like one of those old-school mini-series from the '70s & '80s such as North & South, Roots, Cain & Abel etc...

He's also going to be pushing the games to start on time...there's too much money at stake to postpone or cancel the season.

Some teams might have better luck without extra information. It seems the more info some teams get, the worse they F it up
