Run don’t walk away from Alabama QBs.

this is precisely the thought i had..

hurts is only quasi alabama.. tua is injured. mac is a lost case. bryce young is in jamarcus russell territory now..

maybe back in those days without NIL alabama was a cheat code. no longer works now..

The evidence is pretty clear by now, right? Since the days of Joe Namath and Ken Stabler, the best Alabama QB has been Richard Todd, and I think Jalen Hurts (a stretch, since he transferred to Oklahoma) has the most playoff appearances by an Alabama QB, by one over AJ McCarron.

I was really hoping he turned it around but I agree with the OP "Run don't walk away from Bama QB's". Nick Saban hoodwinked the NFL with those overrated bums. Carolina have some good young WR I bet they are very happy. Bryce Young needs to find a way to get to Seattle maybe they can turn him around like they did Geno.

He looks very well on track to challenge JaMarcus Russell as one of the worst QB #1 draft picks in history.

The dude also looks like a midget on field.

Trade Jacoby for Bryce
I wanted Justin Fields but was tarred and feathered for even mentioning him. He's 2-0 in a controlled setting in Pittsburgh.

Jalen Milroe has one of the best deep balls I've ever seen. Can also run as well as Daniels. Make of that what you will.

Probably the worst trade in NFL history. They could have easily picked Stroud, instead they traded a starting WR in DJ Moore, two 1st round picks, 2 second round picks and a fourth round pick for the #1 overall pick they used to draft Bryce.

He seems like a nice guy and he works hard from my understanding, but he just does not have the physical tools to be an NFL player.

A 5'10" ... 204 lb pocket passer and all the usual draft know-it-all's said he was the best.
Some even called him a generational talent ....
These draft guru's taint as good as they think ... they stink.

Some team will burn a high pick on him, and he'll be a career backup at best.
Quite possibly. However, he has the basic tools and he aint a midget like Bryce.

True, although he looks a lot smaller than the 6'2" 225 he's listed at. Curious to see what the real measurables are at the combine.

similar to Cole Strange, it is not Young's fault where he was drafted

Any major school QB these days is probably crap. There's no advantage to having a challenging schedule. You're rewarded more for having a perfect season, even if it's against JV squads. You gotta take special care when checking their scouting reports. And you're gambling on their accuracy when they never have to make eye of the needle throws.

Tomlin has won with worse QBs
