Out of those guys, my pick would be Minshew. I like his attitude and think he's underrated. The Jags didn't have a lot of help for him and he has put up good numbers since being there. He is the kind of guy who can take you through a bridge period, and he's young so perhaps he still has upside. But i don't believe he is 'the guy', so i wouldn't sign a long term deal if that's what he wants.

We already have the franchise QB in Stidham. No need to spend valuable resources on a QB. What we need is a new attitude. With Brady gone, the short passing finesse offense needs to be replaced.

Solution is to trade with Buccaneers: BB and Gilmore for BA and Godwin.

Stidham has the arm for a "no risk it no biscuit" offense and BA won't care when Stidham throws 30 INTs. This will free up the cap to go after desperately needed talent on both sides of the line. The players can have fun and even coach. At the very least the pressers should be more entertaining than this season.

Jimmy Baby makes the most sense for both parties.

SF saves a ton of money unloading JB either by trade or cutting him. His 2021 salary is 24 million. Jimmy Garoppolo

JB has already worked with McDaniels and he knows the Patriots offensive system. He moves past Stidham to # 1 on the QB depth chart on day 1, but with his durability issues there better be a QB warming up in the bullpen.

Hopefully the NE 2021 QB lineup looks like -

# 1 Jimmy B - No way in hell that he is worst than Cam.
# 2 Stidham - Safe to say its make or break for him.
# 3 2021 draft pick - Im hoping for a high draft slot selection that pushes Stidham.
