Makes NO difference as he would need to be elevated to the 53 and then activated to the 46. works at home and away. He's only needed if Mac and the Zapster go down.

I think i might be missing something here... what is the point?

I can see it if you are trying to finagle an extra roster spot early on... and its how its been traditionally used... and to round out positions where depth might be weak for any particular game...

BB’s guys is the one who makes less mental mistakes and good decisions period. I can see tough times ahead for Mac if he keeps panicking and make costly errors.
