I was wondering the same thing during the game. Eventually I saw him on Special Teams late in the game. Specifically, the punt return where Amendola brought it to the 30.

Yep. He was on Special Teams late into the 4th on punt coverage. They may have just felt that Lewis/White/Develin was enough to win.

I would rather a bettering Ram like Gilly to rough up that smaller Eagles D-Line. I think Burkhead would be a waste of an active... the turnaround is just too short and he was already coming off an injury. Dion have been good and White was Beast last SB.

Gillislee would likely have contributed more than Burkhead did during the AFCC.

I would very, very seriously consider activating Gillislee instead of Burkhead for the SB. Attacking Philly's DEs with power is the most effective way to neutralize them.

Burkhead (when healthy) can get separation on short routes. I recall a couple of plays where he reminded me of Edelman. He's a good piece to have when you force Philly into base with a heavier package, which might be a decent strategy here.
