Women do not make equal pay as men. Its documented that females make 78% less then men( Gender inequality - Wikipedia). Promotions are also unequal, particularly in the corporate environment. Females are discriminated in hiring and sexual harassment.

Ah, okay. So your issue is with private corporations negotiating pay scales and promotions with women, much of which has actually been disputed over the years, as opposed to the country itself? Given globalization, this would then seem to be a global issue since many of our largest firms are MNCs, assuming such an issue actually exists. Anything else?
