With the great rules changes, which make baseball played the way it was meant to be played, speed and athleticism is more important than home runs.
Also way more fun to watch.
Everyone needs multiple base stealers on their team.
Even better, with the shift now outlawed, middle-infield defense is now,very,very important,as it always used to be.
Yes, Sox have a lot of young talent but they're still a year away from Anthony,Peel,Mayer getting here for good.
And starting pitching is still a major problem. Bayo is their best starter and tho he's good, he was just a rookie last year. Not ready to be a #1 yet.
Didn't have to be this way.
