Not based upon the reporting. Again, I heard and read they thought he was done. His recovery was a pleasant suprise, but combine that with him being a bit of a dog and you get that.

what a revelation rodriguez has been though, the more he pitches like this, the more it makes the gamble from last night worthwhile

(even after losing the gamble)

can you imagine we had won last night, and rod pitched so well this game we swept tonight? would have been unbelievable

alas I'm happy this game is competitive, if we'd gotten our socks blown off this game, i wouldn't have been so surprised

once again, our bats are what's ailing us...

you can't expect your 6-9 to save you every game/series, your stars need to play like stars at some point (hello to betts and JD)
