As much as I would love for there to be some kind of deal in the works, I can't believe there is.

Kraft must've been told there is no chance he would win in an appeal and all his dirty laundry will be made public if he tries.

Too many people are out in left field on this. Stop connecting Brady and Kraft. It is two different fights.
From Brady's and the NFLPA side(they now have a real dog in this fight too), the fight still lays ahead.

As far as what the NFL will say about Kraft's statements? I suspect it will be exactly "due to the onoing nature of the (litigation the right word?) between the NFL and TB/NFLPA, we cannot comment on the matter".
The NFL is in full fight mode with Brady and even the NFLPA (Goody is reasserting being the punishment decider and appeal hear-er -- it can't make the NFLPA happy). The actions by Kraft today are a side note to that.

I think you're spot on.
I would also add that this is not a 'Brady deal' thing. Today was about Kraft and the NFL only.

I, with no large degree of certainty mind you, think that Brady' suspension mysteriously goes away. The end. No court, no new information from Goodell haveing to be a witness.....the only way for the league to cover their tracks.
