As a one-time allowance for computer problems, forgetfulness, or whatever, one week can be missed and will be assigned that week's average score.

Scoring:
Your score is the COMBINED deviation of your predicted score for the Pats and opponents REGARDLESS OF DIRECTION. For example, if you predict Patriots 24 Chiefs 21 your score is how many points off of 24 the Pats are (over or under does not matter) PLUS how many points off of 21 the Chiefs are (over or under again does not matter). Game winner does not matter. Lowest score wins.

You may change your prediction at any time before kickoff, either by editing your original post or by adding a new one. Predictions made in other threads don't count unless they were clearly meant for this contest but were posted elsewhere by mistake. Please keep this thread to predictions only, no back-and-forth discussion of the game. A short comment explaining your pick is OK.

I picked the Texans last week. This is the week the offense discovers it’s identity, and this game is going to be a blowout. I can’t think of a worse matchup for the Chiefs offense, and they are officially now haunted by the Patriots.

Jakobi Meyers will score his first TD and emerge as Brady’s second best receiver with a 100+ yard game.

I went back and forth on this pick a bunch. At the end of the day though I find myself having to force myself to pick the patriots in this game. That means I'm picking with my heart and not my head and I try my best to never do that.

The defense is really good but not THAT good to where I think they will hold the chiefs under 20. Which is what I think the pats will have to do to win. I don't trust this offense whatsoever to keep up with the chiefs. Unless the defense forces multiple turnovers I don't see the patriots winning.
