It's easy, and only takes a few moments. My only concern with Rham or bust offense is him getting worn down/hurt from too much usage.I think the is a Rham or bust Offense going forward Defenses respect his abilities... so we will have play-action at our disposal. Whether it's Mac or Zapppe they just need to manage the game and protect the football.
Really hope Agholor gets downgraded to out him being limited brought a smile to my face. Meyers -Parker - Thornton and Bourne is an upgrade.
Jonnu is dead to me I don't think I would notice if he goes on IR.My only concern with Rham or bust offense is him getting worn down/hurt from too much usage.
Strong didn't really look great in the pre-season and I see him as more of an aspirational pick than a pick for their current offense. The Patriots wanted to mix in more zone blocking this year and Strong is built for that type of offense, unfortunately none of the Patriots lineman seem to be build for that type of offense. Despite this, I would like to see Strong get a chance for 5-10 touches this weekend. He seems like a boom/bust running back in that he's not going to get the consistent tough interior yards, but his speed makes him probably the best home run threat RB on the team.
I'll continue to bang the Jonnu out of the backfield drum, just because it seems like they have tried everything else and nothing has worked.
The offense to start the year was odd. Bill has always stressed complimentary football, where the offense compliments the defense and vice versa, but the year started with the offense attempting throws into tight windows that put the Pats defense on their heels.
QB ????Sony had bad knees. How the feck can you draft a QB with bad knees??!!
You mean RB that's the million dollar ??Sony had bad knees. How the feck can you draft a QB with bad knees??!!
That TD pass was another underthrown INT that Agahlor wrestled away. That's if you're discounting the costly fumbles. Agholor beat up on a really bad secondary in Pittsburgh.
Yup, there won't be many differences.I just want to remind everyone here, as I have just reminded myself, that the Patriots played the Browns last year and won 45-7 with Mac going 19-23, just under 200 yards, and 3 TD.
This won't be the same exact game as last year for a few reasons. The Browns are at home this time, the QB is less of an idiot than Mayfield, and they have Amari Cooper. Overall, nothing hugely game changing. If you weren't a fan of the Pats offseason, you'd probably hate the Browns offseason (without factoring in your feelings on Watson). They really didn't do much to improve their team from last year.
I'm not saying I expect an easy Patriots win again, but these 2 teams are not far off what they were a year ago and it was an easy Patriots win back then. Anything can happen, and small changes like Brissett over Mayfield can have ripple effects, but I'm feeling solid about this one.
Let's take a minute to remember the absolutely dominant performance from MJ against the Cleveland Browns last season. His performance was so dominant in the 1st half that the team jumped out to a 24-7, essentially clinching the victory even before the start of the 3rd quarter. The ass whooping was so bad that the Patriots basically called off their entire passing game in the 2nd half, as it was no longer needed, since the W was already in the bag.
Parker has drawn PI penalties. That TD pass was another underthrown INT that Agahlor wrestled away.
The fumble cannot happen, but 2 passes to Parker vs the Ravens wound up as INTs.
Parker has started all 5 games and has approximately 80% of potential offensive snaps.Parker has drawn PI penalties.
My guess is that Parker is still our #2 WR, at least as far as Belichick is concerned.
Yeah RB. I'm getting tired in my old age here...You mean RB that's the million dollar ??

Bad knees and blind.Sony had bad knees. How the feck can you draft a QB with bad knees??!!
Like Sony running through the A gaps.Yeah RB. I'm getting tired in my old age here...
I am curious if Bourne starts getting more snaps over Agholor. The fumbles and tips into INTs may push him down the depth chart. Bourne and Agholor don’t exactly play the same role though.
The pass wasn't underthrown at all. It was over the DB head at a spot where Agholor could go up and get it. He was pressed up against the sideline, maybe Mac could have put it slightly more in front, but then he risks an interception because the db had better position. I thought the ball was a pretty good placement for a go up and get it type pass. That TD pass was another underthrown INT that Agahlor wrestled away.
