Absolute joke if the Jaguars are not punished by the NFL. Broke league rules and apparently NFL only needs weak circumstantial evidence to punish. Here this is 100% proof they were illegally running 11 on 11.

Besides the legalities of 11 on 11's at this stage of the season, just as a football fan I hate to seeing this. The Jags made some really good moves in the draft, in particular drafting Fowler who is a perfect fit for their system, so I was excited to see how they went this year. I really hope its not serious because as crazy as it sounds, I think the Jags might actually be fun to watch this year.

Edit: And just by looking at the video, it doesnt look good

It's more probable than not that the Jags were at least generally aware of the 11 on 11 practice rules and chose to deliberately defy the shield.

It's likely probable that this was done intentionally to undermine the integrity of this great league and it's moral obligation and commitment to the men that play in it. An independent investigation should begin immediately to gather all information from every source and people's involved.

Anyone who does not fully cooperate with this investigation by refusing to turn over private devices such as phones and laptops, as well as give the investigators full access to their personal email, voice mail, picture galleries, the family photo album and their significant others underwear drawer will be swiftly and harshly disciplined for interfering with a just and honorable investigation.

It has been found, that it is more likely than not, that the Jags coaching staff mistakenly used a high school offseason training manual. It is therefore the conclusion that's is mostly probable that they made an honest mistake. There however was definitely, unequivocally no attempt at willingly violating the rules set forth in the NFL CBA.

Worst possible timing for Fowler. Missing rookie season and play the second season on a reconstructed ACL sounds brutal for a young person. Hope it doesn't end up being a career killer.
