Why would you want an OC from outside the organization?

The offense did ok this year, I thought play calling was ok. We don't want someone messing with our system. Especially the guy who called Lendale White into the center of the line with the game on the line and everybody else knew the play also.

It's going to be Dean Pees. I'd like it to be Jim Schwartz of the Titans, but it doesn't look possible.
