Flag decals on helmets?

Noticed some players sport another flag in addition to the US Flag decal. Could not figure out Christian Gonzales sticker. I googled him and learned he was born in Texas. It wasn't a Mexican flag. Has some yellow in it. Any thoughts on individual personal flags?
