Good lord, what the hell were they doing on that last play. They played passive and damn slow and when they were trying to tackle they missed pathetically (especially you, Jonathan Jones, clear shot a a tackle and then he flubs it like that).
This team has no balls and no leaders....they should be embarrassed....

By the logic that we focus on the most recent failure the SB loss is on Brady fumbling the ball. Which is similarly absurd. A game is 60 minutes long and every missed point in the first 10 minutes still counts as much as the ones in the last seconds.

They count the same but the game plays out totally differently if those points are scored. Butterfly effect. You can’t assume they’re ahead with 7 seconds to go if they get more points early

Better pray that the chiefs lose

Coach judge,

We knew you well!

They had every chance to put that game away. But nope, McDaniels just kept running the ball. Why not score and give them the ball? We had 3 timeouts. Even if the Dolphins managed to score, we still would've had a 2-pt lead over them.

That's assuming they wouldn't have gone for a 2-pt conversion.

This loss has convinced me that this is simply not a championship team. Far too inconsistent on all three aspects of the game. They need to somehow get the 2-seed if they even want to have a chance at continuing the AFCCG streak.

Brady took 7 points off the board by throwing a layup TD to Hogan out of bounds the play before. It was a brutal series that ultimately cost them the game.

Yeah it's almost like they were trying their hardest to throw it away. Pats played like the Browns today.

Gonna suck when Brady retires. Do you trust BB to put out a competent D anymore? I don't.

Literally maybe. In the real world where you play for 60 minutes there were many, many more reasons for this loss.
Plays like that should never ever happen though. Like blaming George Hill for the miss free throw instead of JR for running out the clock with the game tied.

I feel this way. It was just a bad bad loss.
It sucked but comparatively you aren't going to be depressed for 7 days like I was.

Anybody else wondering why they had Gronk in the game for a jump ball when the Dolphins were at their own 2o yard line? BB really thought Tannehill was going to launch it 80 f***ing yards?

It’s a crappy feeling to lose this way but I think people are overreacting. Handle Pittsburgh next week as they usually do, take care of business at home against the Bills and the Jets the next two weeks and you’ve got the 2 seed locked up, so you still get a bye for sure. KC could still drop but not likely. However, they’re showing they’re not invincible, so no guarantees NE ends up having to go to KC. And even if they do, they’ve beaten KC once before. It’s not like the season is over. Far from it.
It’s the play they were beaten on itself.

That thing never happens in the NFL. It literally never happens. We will see that play non stop for years to come.
