The 9x pro-bowler and 6x all-pro. Yeah, who needs that?

There are other players I like ahead of Amaro but I'm pretty confident he'll be productive in this offense and that's what we are looking for to ease the burden on our WRs.

I'm sure Amaro will be a very good player for us. I don't think he's as athletic as people thought, but I think he's a better blocker and a very savvy player who will find the open seams in a defense. He was overhyped on this board, and once his measurables didn't meet expectations he became undervalued. He's not my preference at 29, but he probably wouldn't be a terrible pick, and I'd jump at him at 62 if he slips (probably won't slip that far, though).

He might be productive but if he is its going to be as more of a Ben Coates style of offense. The comparison to Gronk is being able to give some of what Gronk does should he be out. I don't see Amaro having that ability up the seam.

If we were to trade down with say Minnesota, which seems the most likely option, I was thinking of the players I would consider there.

Shazier, Tuitt, Mosely, Verrett, Amaro, Fuller, Ford, Van Noy, Easley, Niklas, Murphy probably.

I think the first 7 of those are probably all gone by that point and I would prefer to get one of those at 29 then one of the others at 40 and a couple of lower picks. I don't like any of them enough. The only exception is Tuitt could be available and I'd do the trade if that were the case.

The other trade I would take is for a future first to move down to the late 2nd round (a bit like the one we did with NO for Ingram a few years back).
