Didn't they say Tom Brady was playing with his cell phone for most of the first hearing? He'll be in WV with the rest of the team.

You can't have phones on in federal court so I honestly don't believe the report about him using it in court, it would have been the height of disrespect. Gödel on the other hand...........

I just voted no .......

Brady already showed for settlement talks and the judge apparently told him he wouldn't need to be in court tomorrow because talks are going nowhere. I think Brady has showed Berman he is invested and his appearance in NY today showed respect for Berman and the process. I wanted Brady at the hearing but I think he has it covered and doesn't need to be there tomorrow.
I'm unclear on this. Did Berman tell Brady he didn't need to attend after the failed settlement meeting today or as we referring to Berman's statement of last week that Brady and Goodell do not need to attend? The reporting is not clear.

I think Brady will do whatever it takes to win, as he always does.
He really only knows what his options are, and what legal counsel tells him to do. But I know
he 's not doing anything for show, he wants to win.
