I'd like to see Stidham, but based on Cam's play to date and Bill's decision to back him so far leads me to believe that it doesn't really matter, and the Pat's 2021 QB is not on this team.

Based on the way Cam's played and BB's determination to start him regardless, if I were Stidham, I'd ask for a trade or to be released at the end of the season. Of course, if he's in Belichick's doghouse, as some suspect, he may be released anyway.

There's no chance of the Pats making the playoffs. There is no realistic chance of Newton reaching his top non-playoff incentive (90% of snaps played). Most importantly, the team has nothing to gain by winning other than pride.

Chatham: His quote this week was “we’re not there yet.” I suspect that means while they were still alive for the playoffs, they weren’t gonna go there. At this point, I suspect it’s roster eval, and they are now to the ‘there’ he was referring to.

No interest whatsoever in seeing Stidham and his 51 passer rating in garbage time. Wish we had a real backup QB prospect that we could look at in these last two game and be excited about him.

Yeah. Cam can’t throw. Stidham blows.

Given a choice like that go with the starter.

Hopefully Stidham. Cam is hurt and can’t hit his incentives anyways. Whose interest is it in for Cam to play?

Cam outta heal up and start thinking about his future.

Stid will likely lose the Bills game and hopefully the Jets one too. In the off chance Stidham is good, awesome, I’m not hopeful though.

6-10 could get us to around 12-13 maybe in the first round..
