Holding the ball for 3 seconds or more often means nobody got open, the coverage confused you or your receivers, the o-line couldn't block forever, and you throw a lower percentage pass.

Mostly the 'nobody got open' part. A lot can happen when a QB has to hold the ball because he doesn't have someone open to go to and most of what can happen just ain't good

Thank you...complete luck on my guesses obviously. It might be fun to have a weekly winner but I can't figure out how that would work. Percentage? Number of correct answers? Someone would just have to pick one and it be correct to be the winner for percentage. Maybe number of correct answers.
Yeah they should have ran more often especially in the 2nd half. 3.3 ypc in not that great but it's not terrible. They should have brought in another OT for running plays IMO. The offense in general needs a lot of snaps to get more comfortable with each other and Josh's system. Preseason would have been a good time to do that.

That just isn't reality. There are plenty of things to fix in a 22 yr old QB who has idiots for coaches last season. That's not Drake criticism either. His mechanics, footwork, and processing were off. He clearly does not know the offense as a second nature yet. All these things just take time. The kids has to grow.
