Giants receiver Plaxico Burress is questionable due to ankle and knee problems. He did not practice at all in the week leading up to the game.

im pretty sure thats been his situation all throughout the reg season. in the playoffs and the final game of the reg season he was able to practice for the games. looks like he will be a non factor

Yeah, he practiced before the Week 17 game. I'm sure he'll play but not practicing shows that it's bothering him at least a little and it's interesting that it's the ankle and the knee.

you can be sure it will receive a good beating in the first series.

Plastico will certainly play, but as like during the middle of the season when he was playing hurt, he might not be as effective as he has been the last few games. Word is, it's mostly the knee (swelling), which is different then what he's been struggling with all year.

Owens couldn't practice either.

Even though his big stat was the result of an uncalled pick
and Blue played him really well otherwise
... he still was a factor.

The Giants' O will manage to accomplish SOMETHING ...
and that probably will involve Burress, gimpy or not.

I don't know about that the Yankees seemed to do pretty well when they were all juiced up!
