The Pats played only one WC round and were knocked out in the div round in 06.
I think that evens things out as for Super Bowl era.
So, not so misleading.
But still the writer probably shouldn't mention pre sb era. Not a fair measure.

But still, the Pats did not advance to the SB.
So they only played one and then two games but never 4 in a year.
Had they won 4 games in one play off season then I would agree
that it's not fair to pre WC years.
