It seems the NFL is going all in with this BS. Stories on every network, video samples of the supposed event. All designed to screw the Pats. Steelers on cell phones get decisions in a day. Pats get over a week plus of questions and then a data dump to the networks. FU NFL!!!

Yeah that’s a bad look. He didn’t do anything wrong unless he was explicitly told not to tape the sidelines, and it sounds like that didn’t happen.

I don’t know the technicalities… And you were probably right.

But this organization needs to double check every minor technicality even if an old disposable film camera is involved.

Patriots already said they were guilty Monday night. Someone involved should have known they weren’t supposed to film the field and didn’t communicate that properly. Someone should be held responsible.

The ultimate issue is that the Pats claim this was unintentional and not for football purposes but for entertainment purposes. The penalty the Pats receive will be based on whether the NFL is willing to believe them.

The decision making process behind taking a team affiliated employee and having him take a camera and film the opponents sideline in front of an entire press box is just so f.uckig unbelievably mind boggling stupid that the Pats almost deserve to be punished for being so dumb.

It’s b-roll. It’s likely on a different tape. Reports claim that the NFL has everything associated with this, including the pregame interview of the scout that they recorded (per Jeff Howe I believe).

One thing to note - so far, everything that’s been reported has turned out to be accurate. The reporters involved seem to have upped their game. Of course, it’s also a different set of reporters too from the previous two events.

So, I saw this tape and I am laughing at how it does nothing to support any intent at all.

I had absolutely no idea the footage was shot from the backside of the Bungles bench. They made it seem like the press box was on the wrong side in this stadium, where the advanced scout always sits on the side where the next opponent is to not allow a front side view.

This whole thing is incredibly stupid. Fine Kraft himself 250K as it his employees for his company and move on already. It's beyond clear there is no intent.

Also, the audio at the end that people are making a big deal about is nothing more than some young college grad trying to appease an authority figure. Talk about misrepresenting the "offering to get away with it and destroy the tape"...It's nothing of the sort.

There are dozens of people in the press box, including NFL staff, sitting right there.

I will say, it's time for ol' Bob to step down. He doesn't quite get (which is unreal at this point), that every human in the NFL is looking for any opportunity to smear him or his team, at ANY time.

I've tried to explain this as someone who has lived outside of NE in numerous parts of the country for 20 years, but he still doesn't get it. Any time an owner or anyone shakes his hand to congratulate him and his team, minutes later they're all gathering in a room without him working round the clock to try to find ways to slow his team down. He simply doesn't get it. They hate our guts x 1000 and it won't end until the team starts losing games and stops qualifying for the playoffs.

Pay special note to how these are always AFC teams making these false claims, too. It never comes from an NFC team.

There are always dead gives aways that they are manufactured framejobs, but the problem is, Goodell enables these things.

Creepy is the best word I can think of.

If you wanted to steal signals, you'd be hiring someone to get them a ticket every week in the 1st 10 rows ACROSS the field from the upcoming opponents with a high end cellphone, not doing this.

I gotta tell ya, anything more than a fine for Kraft and I want a press conference going on the attack, not this little whimpering crap that Kraft does to keep his seat at the big boy table for financial purposes.

THAT part is NOT acceptable, IMO, as a fan. Stop choosing the NFL's cheating over your own team being slandered due to jealousy.

Man, I am so hoping that the league gets pissed at (and punishes) the Bungles, for creating their own narrative by editing and releasing this film, without permission, to damage the Pats and the NFLs precious shield.

Because the Bengals are clearly using the Pats past framings to push this crapola.

It sounds like they did, or maybe no on the exact same tape. I am wondering if Glazer got the tape fromm the NFL or the Bungles.

It smells like Cincy edited the tape down to try to frame NE here.

The Pats cannot be happy about how under-handed Cincy has been in all of this. They've not accepted the explanation, the Browns blessed it, there were plenty of people in the press box witnessing it, etc.

As stated, these people know Goodell is willing to take on a possible framejob to stop NE from attending SBS, and the best way to do that is cheat on the field with questionable officiating, grabbing NEs WRs over and over to the point "separation" becomes a thing out of the woodwork, and of course, stealing BB's draft picks due to jealousy of his incredible GM work and teambuilding, year after year.
