While I wasn't a huge fan of Pees while he was here, the Ravens have had a revolving door at DC for about a decade and it hasn't seemed to matter.

If the Ravens defense declines, it'll be because of poor drafting and the aging legs to Lewis and Reed not because who is "coaching" that side of the ball.

Hard to say how much of the accountability Pees had for the Patriots defense when he was here, however this is a really bad spot for him to be in imo. The Ravens defense is starting to slip even though it is still good, and the expectations for it are always going to be sky high, so I expect Raven's fans to be screaming for his head by next December at the latest. May not be fair to him but i still think it is how it will play out.
