Jacoby Brissett
D.J. Foster
Cyrus Jones
Jordan Richards
LaAdrian Waddle
Those 5 are automatic inactives. Dola may or may not be ready for the divisional round, so that's 1 more potential inactive. All you need is one more guy.
I would inactivate as little as possible from the WR corp. Pick a third stringer LB or something.
You want Edelman, Floyd, Mitch, Hogie, Marty, and even Langell, all active. Keep rotatiting and create special formations to confuse whoever is the poor bastard we're facing, especially a good defense like KC or even the Steelers.
I think you keep all 5 active if all are healthy plus Lengel- if anyone is not 100 percent inactivate him. We will not need to put up 35 to beat the Raiders or Texans so keep the defense and special teams strong.Instead of worrying about who should be active, why not worry about some automatic inactives?

Just for the heck if it I picked 8 random teams 1 from each division randomly and added up games played for WRs. I used 5 receptions as the minimum to consider them really a wr.
4 active per game would be 64
5 would be 80
So having 6 active for even 1/4 of the games would mean 84+
Jets 75
Bengals 65
Texans. 75
Raiders. 64
Giants. 60
Packers. 71
Bucs. 72
Cardinals 78
So it looks like everyone but the giants always have 4 active and the others have a 5th in 0,1,7,8,11,11,14 games and none have 6 active WRs. Not a complete analysis but pretty consistent wth what I expected
