I have many friends and coworkers who are patriots haters. All of them saying that seahawks are going to blow out the Patriots. I want us to make Darnold to see ghosts again and for maye to have 400 yards and 4tds to shut them up. We are the underdogs this time. First time since 2001, let embrace this underdog mentality and make the Seahawks cry!

There’s an immediate chance for Kraft to make good with Bill and give a wee bit of extra motivation to the team by staying on theme:

Bill’s HoF slight is yet another very real, recent and raw example of the rest of the football world saying eff you to the Patriots.

Assuming it’s ok with Vrabel of course, get Bill to come in and speak to the team before the Super Bowl on what it takes to win it and about his personal history with the NFL giving the middle finger to the Pats.

Even if Kraft isn’t ready, maybe he’d at least approve of it and Bill would still do it for Vrabel given their relationship.

Didn’t learn anything from those Houston picks did they?

There were non ESPN people that chose NE. I have yet to see any "experts" pick NE in this game. Unless I missed it. I cannot remember the last time absolutely nobody picked the underdog to win. I looked back and even a few people picked the Giants in 07.

There is pressure on both teams to win. It's the SB. But Seattle are the favorites with everyone crowning them as an elite monster. They have more pressure. Sometimes, that pressure works against the favorite and in favor of the underdog.
