Maybe he is thinking of sliding Misi inside. When I look at tape of Misi, I can't see him outside, but I can project him to 3-4 ILB more easily; provided he can cover. Again he would need a red shirt year or two, but has big upside if he is willing to work his tail off to get there.

Best case is Misi becomes a poor man's Bruschi. Worst case he is another Guyton.
