I didn't realize Woodson has played so many snaps. I'm glad about that but haven't heard his name mentioned much compared to all those snaps.

1. Browns (19.8%)
Cleveland is the only team in which rookies have played at least 15% of the total snaps on each side of the ball. A total of 13 rookies have taken snaps for the Browns this season, which represents nearly a quarter of the active roster. Defensive tackle Mason Graham, linebacker Carson Schwesinger, running back Quinshon Judkins tight end Harold Fannin Jr. and quarterback Dillon Gabriel are among the notable participants.

2. Patriots (16.9%)
New England had been discussed as having arguably the best draft class. To this point, the production has met the expectations. Nine players have taken snaps for the Patriots; four of which have played at least 100 snaps. Offensive linemen Will Campbell and Jared Wilson are shouldering the load on offense, while safe

3. Jets (16.2%)
The Jets were another team that was widely praised for its draft efforts and the group has delivered to this point. Seven have played for the AFC East franchise and five of those have seen extended playing time, including offensive tackle Armand Membou and tight end Mason Taylor.

he has effectively replaced Kyle Dugger

The Bills first five 2025 draft picks were all on defense.

Looks like help isnt coming to help that awful defense.

Hairston will help them eventually.

Dugger played 100% of the defensive snaps last game against the Saints. Not sure how Woodson replaced him.

Of course, one could make the argument that "They're getting so much from the rookies because Maye is basically their only second-year player."

its not that hard to figure out... jaylinn hawkins was out, so they subbed in dugger over pettus

That’s because Dugger was replacing Hawkins who was out

Hope we keep it going + get more productive players next April as well.

So Hawkins replaced Dugger? Or Woodson replaced Dugger? Or they both replaced Dugger? Or they replaced Dugger and Peppers who was cut?

Hawkins is traveling with the team to Tennessee so you both think Hawkins will play and Dugger will sit?

???

It is NOT a mix/match. WE have starters and backups, much as we do on the OL. 100% or next man up,

IF EVERYONE IS HEALTHY
Woodson and Hawkins are in for all the defensive reps, except in perhaps garbage time at the end of the game.
Dugger, Pettus and Schooler get 0-2 reps on defense except perhaps in garbage time.

IF Woodson or Hawkins isn't available, Dugger gets 100% of the reps.
There are no reps for the others.

There is ZERO sharing of roles.
================
IF HAWKINS PLAYS LESS THAN 100% OF THE REPS
Dugger will get all of the reps when he is out.

Woodson is the actual steal of the draft.
I will gladly die on this hill.

If the steal is measured by value (cost vs. production), he certainly is in the running.
