THIS IS OUR LIVE GAME DAY THREAD:

This is where we gather to follow things on Game Day. Obviously, emotions tend to be high so if anyone gets a little crazy, the use of the “Mute” button is encouraged on anyone who may be annoying to you to control your experience and to allow the moderators to also enjoy the game.

At the same time, please take a deep breath before over-reacting for the sake of making this a pleasant experience for everyone.

Lastly, we have never allowed promoting the use of any illegal streaming. This is illegal and will be enforced by copyright holders, which puts this site at risk. DO NOT POST ANY LINKS to those platforms.

This also means, there absolutely cannot be any mention these platforms, spaces, special characters, etc. - so do not get creative in trying to work around this request.

If you do you will have your account suspended.

Simms is a blithering idiot, so far hes said...

"Landry jones is the most prpared backup in the nfl.. How about jiimy g?
As brady was running for his life simms says the pats pass protection is great"
Simms on being a qb...'its better to be descisive than right" so its ok to make a bad decision as long as your descisive about it.

The guy fathered Chris Simms. You know what they say about apples and trees.

Well I think we can put to bed any concerns about Edelman.

Time for the Tight Ends to **** some **** up!

I would rather give Gronk a rest this game if possible. He has done so much the last 2 games you want to pace him.

Mike Reiss ?@MikeReiss 52s52 seconds ago
WR Chris Hogan remains on sideline as Patriots set to open in 2-WR package with Malcolm Mitchella and Julian Edelman. No snaps after fumble.

You know what? As long as the offense is moving the ball, I don't care. Let him learn from his mistake. If the offense starts to sputter and Belichick still keeps him out, then I will care.

Still hasn't seemed to have his big explosive plays after the catch. Regardless, his role in the offense at this time is more than sufficient.

It's going to be a damn sham if Ryan wins MVP over Brady

Pitt going hard for the ball. Blount held on.

Come on Rowe. Need to turn back and look for the ball. I really don't like how PI in the NFL is a spot foul. That is a free 30+ yards.

The problem isn't just that it's a spot foul, but also that it's unreviewable.

Blount running with force

Pitt suffering a lot of Blount force trajma

Simms used to be a very good color commentator. Now he just sucks. Maybe he is proof that concussions in the NFL affect players later in life.

Edleman again...Tom is playing really well so far

Blount's burst really has improved, dunno what he did but it suits his running style better. Kinda reminds me of Bell as a runner, very patient behind the line, waits for his blocks, then bursts through the hole.
