Sounds like a much better pick than reported. Thank you for the excellent response my man!

Yup. 10 char

16-0. Or possibly 8-8, depending on which tweets you read and put too much faith in.

I know this is considered a strength, but the OTs seemed to have underperformed a touch for the second day running. Probably not time to rend one's clothes, but I'm hoping for some domination from the OL this year:

Nice to hear Bequette's name mentioned here. But you don't want it to happen at the expense of Tom Brady's blind side protector (Solder).

Lone Duron fan sitting right here. So I'm happy.

I know I'm a freak but I root for players wearing Patriots unis, I know, what am I thinking I should be more worried about proving how right I am all the time on an internet discussion board.

Aikens, his main competition also struggled today. I think the locks are Amendola, Dobson and Boyce. The other 2-3 slots are up in the air. If Edelman doesn't get his ass back on the field, he'll be looking for employment pretty soon after the second exhibition game. Love Edelman's return ability and run after the catch, but you can't beat out other guys if you're not on the field practicing.

My preferences would be Amendola, Dobson, Boyce, Edelman, Aiken, Thompkins. But I have no idea how the last thee will wind up.

Cough Slater Cough

Hoping not, but starting to think this guy might be a bit too much of a homer:

Another reason 11 on 11 stats are useless, TB12 and Mallett could go to Amendola every play and be 10 for 10. He can't be covered. #Patriots

To sum up his tweets:

Mallett is good enough to be a starting QB in the NFL.

Dobson was the best WR drafted by anyone

Amendola and Boyce are uncoverable.

We are so winning it all this year.

Mallett still looks like Mallett.

Dobson looked the like the best WR out there.

Amendola looks great, the Boyce reports are the most egregious reports of any player in training camp. I've been to the four practices, and I just don't see what the others are seeing. He barely gets any reps on the first team (mostly T2 with Jenkins), doesn't get open on the outside, and drops passes. They've been using him as Amendola's slot backup and a lot of screens to him though.

So yes, total homer.

BTW, Hooman has been the best TE in camp, especially hands wise.

Yeah I figured he was a homer after reading a few of his tweets.

At least Dobson looked good.

just got home from the practice for season ticket holders...thank to Mr. Tunescribe...a finer gentleman does not exist.

Saw a lot...really, really got good looks at a lot of different players. Let's just say, for you Tebowers, that the jury is still out but it doesn't look good. His reads are molasses like and he has a real problem on throws to his right. It's accuracy. He does not have consistent accuracy and in this offense a QB needs THAT more than anything else. He's got a lot of work ,and I mean a real lot of work, to do for him to stick. Tunes is much harsher in his assessment as I'm sure you'll read.

Hold your horses on any Canton inductions also as far as our new wide receivers are concerned. Amendola is easily the standout. Dobson LOOKS like a really tremendous athlete. He moves like a bona fide #1 does. I just think he's very raw right now.Boyce? yeah ..he flashed and then he flubbed easy throws...I mean, OK, he's got youth and some skill...just lkike hundreds of other hopefuls..meh...Hawkins and Aiken...up/down, catch/drops. Jenkins just doesn't excite me at all.

Tight ends are a different story. I don't think we have to worry about production from THIS position. Fells is a good player. Ballard looks like a robbery and there's NOTHING wrong with the way he's moving.

The main part of tonight's practice that jumped out all night?...Tom freakin' Brady. You all know I'm an old dog with a lot of years on the bench but man, Tom Brady is something else. When you see him take reps in this offense and then Mallett with the same offensive grouping it just jumps out at you how good T.B. really is....and let me just say, for anyone who's just waiting to jump on this board and start blabbing about his arm strength and what he can and cannot throw...do yourself a favor and go up to these practices and LOOK at how TB is throwing the ball. He is so accurate throwing into spots it almost defies description. We ARE blessed to have been witnesses and fans of a player like this, believe me. If they can keep him upright, and the O line does look impressive,I firmly believe this team will not only make the playoffs but be a force to be reckoned with.

I write up a few D takes in a few minutes...I'm starving....
