Getting back to the over/under on shots of the luxury boxes on Sunday...

Did other teams do this with Giselle? I get that TS is the hottest thing in pop culture right now, but there seems to be waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to much caring on this. I could care less, and I don't hate on her at all. She's there, big whoop. They show her in the luxury box, big deal. Just trying to figure out why 98.5 gives two sh*ts.

The art of pre-snap reads and post-dropback reconciliation is dying. The era of Brady, Mannings, Rivers, Roethlisberger was the end of it. Modern QBs are athletic but less cerebral.

Interestingly for Zappe he played under the gun all of college and it was a criticism of him that he might not be able to play under center. He's definitely grown at it.

Bill has always targeted less athletic but more cerebral QBs. That was supposed to be Mac, and I think he does check that box well pre-snap, but obviously post-snap is another story these days. I wouldn't have guessed Zappe was as cerebral of a QB but BOB has been giving him credit so maybe he's smarter than we think. Looks decent on the field.

Agree with Lombardi 100% here. Whatever they do, they need to keep Bill as part of the Patriots culture in some way. They can't burn bridges here. They came too close to that with Tom. Lombardi mentions that they may or may not bring him back, and he's very close to Bill personally, so this makes me think it's something that's still undecided. Maybe there is a chance he just stays in a lesser role after all? That might sound hard to believe, but I think I could see him letting Kraft bring in a real GM as long as Bill was still able to be involved... Maybe.
