Yes, hang in there. Softer schedule next year (maybe), Stabilized OL, good secondary, ILB's are better than I thought they would be, one other consistent receiver to go with Douglas, keep Gesicki (he's open more than he gets credit for). DL decent, need to keep Judon. Oh and one other minor point. Find a consistent QB.

And another: Find a GM who doesn't suck.
