Patriots Targeting a UNC wideout?

Keion White had 3 sacks in his game at North Carolina in November. It might have been him.

Bill tipping the pick for round 2?

Josh Downs?

Edit; Yes I know Oregon and UNC played a bowl game last season but if you look at highlights from that game neither end zone for the teams were colored in, it was just the school name.
My guess. Georgia Tech played at Chapel Hill last year and Keion White had a dominant game

Same thought

White is the only pick I hate. Meh player

That was some good detective work, but "Bad Bill" took over the draft and passed on Josh Downs to take a special teamer at #76. Downs went just a few picks later at #79 to the Colts!

Patriots seem totally happy with running out the same garbage offense as last year

Why do you say that? They have a new OC and they're beefing up the O-line. I still think they made a trade for a WR.

I would love Downs, runs really good routes, really good slot player. Will get open and go up to get the ball. Too small to handle press so he's probably exclusively a slot. Comped to Tyler Lockett and Jahan Dotson.
Big mystery why we didn’t take him.

Yes, you’re right. But the two presumed OT starters, Trent Brown and Riley Reiff, are nearing the end of their careers and are playing on a contract just for this season.

We desperately needed to draft a developmental OT like what the Jets did with our former pick 120 with Pittsburgh’s Carter Warren or what the Cowboys did in drafting UNC’s Asim Richards.

Instead we just threw two fourth-rounders at the Jets to move up eight spots. For a kicker.
