Josh Downs?
Edit; Yes I know Oregon and UNC played a bowl game last season but if you look at highlights from that game neither end zone for the teams were colored in, it was just the school name.
That was some good detective work, but "Bad Bill" took over the draft and passed on Josh Downs to take a special teamer at #76. Downs went just a few picks later at #79 to the Colts!Bill tipping the pick for round 2?

Why do you say that? They have a new OC and they're beefing up the O-line. I still think they made a trade for a WR.Patriots seem totally happy with running out the same garbage offense as last year
Big mystery why we didn’t take him.I would love Downs, runs really good routes, really good slot player. Will get open and go up to get the ball. Too small to handle press so he's probably exclusively a slot. Comped to Tyler Lockett and Jahan Dotson.
Yes, you’re right. But the two presumed OT starters, Trent Brown and Riley Reiff, are nearing the end of their careers and are playing on a contract just for this season. Why do you say that? They have a new OC and they're beefing up the O-line. I still think they made a trade for a WR.
