The #Patriots spent today working out former #Browns first-round WR Corey Coleman, I’m told. He has a visit with the #Eagles scheduled for tomorrow.

I think Coleman has a good skill set for this offense.

Don't know much other than he flamed out with 2 bad teams.
However the fact us and the Eagles are kicking the tires is interesting.

Makes too much sense to sign Dez. Hogan has been bland. Not a #1 guy and sufferes with no JE. Much better #2.
Dez can get contested balls and has a chip.

In other words, he’s never had an NFL-caliber starting QB throwing to him or a top caliber OC putting in a a position to succeed. Now that he doesn’t carry a high cap number (thanks to the Bills), I’m game. Cut McCarron, who is unlikely to get picked up particularly after yesterday’s performance.

Let Coleman practice for a week or two. If there is nothing there. release him. He may be one of these guys who is loaded with talent but flames out quickly for a variety of reasons. Don’t see the risk in picking him up, however.

If he’s healthy, he’s got a skill set the team can use. Runs precise routes and can threaten basically every level of the field. He’d also come in for very low dollars. The problem, however, is that he always has injury issues. So he’s a perfect fit for this team.
