Well the Bucs are a young team that has mostly sucked, as a result they had a ton of cap space. The Patriots have been a bit more successful so they have more cap issues.

Plus the Bucs can take good players early in the draft while the Pats got late picks...

Colts gave it to them for Buckner. (Well they just moved back a spot with Tampa, but that's how they're picking so high)

They killed it. Didnt even have a first a month ago. Get rid of a good player that was overdrafted to colts and get to try again with a promising DT while picking up 117.

And I’d argue his recent behavior ie the park thing and walking into someone else's house absolutely reeks of someone who just left their strict household for college.
