I think the Bucs will be improved, but will come in 2nd to the Saint in their division. Don't think their defense is great, especially in the secondary.

Well the Bucs are a young team that has mostly sucked, as a result they had a ton of cap space. The Patriots have been a bit more successful so they have more cap issues.
