I admitted to spending maybe 2 hours of my time going to a Captain & Tennille CONCERT.

Mitigating circumstances were I was about 10 at the time, it wasn't my choice, and it was at the state fair.

But still... need therapy for THAT. :)

Huh?

I never admitted to voluntarily listening to Captain & Tenille.

I do admit voluntarily listening to Culture Club, Wham, Duran Duran, Celine Dion and Vanilla Ice.

I understand that there's a group that meets in the church basement on Wednesday evenings to talk about their struggles with this.

I was never that much "into" Captain & Tennille, because that would have been very disloyal to Tony Orlando and Dawn.

I've given up fighting what music I do like. It's allowed me to like opera, jazz and Lady Gaga (which btw she was excellent in a Star Is Born).

Ok, so we are proud that our losses were to weak team instead of strong ones? This is somehow an advantage to us?

Patriots .494
Saints .488
Eagles .486
Colts .456
Ravens .450
Cowboys .444
Texans .435
Rams .428
Chargers .422
Bears .419
Chiefs .401
Seahawks .400

Also the most wins/highest winning percentage against fellow playoff teams.

Patriots 4-0
Rams 4-3
Saints 3-1
Cowboys 3-3
Eagles 3-3
Bears 2-1
Chargers 2-3
Colts 2-3
Texans 2-3
Chiefs 2-4
Seahawks 2-4
Ravens 1-2

Non believers in general.

@robertweathers admitted to willingly listening to Captain and Tennille. Nuff said.

@Wheelman once responded with "."

I end my case. Period.

Seriously though, I still see a team that's got "it". It hasn't flared up as much as it has in the past but they definitely could pull this one out. They could get another championship.

Everyone is relatively healthy. TB is still TB and the defense has started to shine.

I don't care if they have to go to KC or not they are going to the SB.
I sincerely hope you’re right.

I have to agree. I've had this feeling all season that BB has only used 40% of his playbook, saving "it" for the playoffs. Maybe it's their nonchalant attitude after their losses even after 2 losses in a row. The more balanced approach to the offense seemed to be a focus of the regular season. Idk maybe wishful thinking but I too believe they will be at the SB, then who knows.

Validates my theory that for some reason the Pats play to the level of competition, i.e. they play best against good teams and less so against less than good teams. Then there are the Buffalo and Jets wins.. so that theory kind of craps the bed.

Music is a funny thing as never knows what will pop into my diminishing brain.. yesterday I was singing "Roses and Lollipops" from Sound of Music, the day before I was singing "Wear your hair just for him, do the things he wants to do" by Dusty Springfield.. then this am was listening to a heavy metal band from Mongolia, then "the kids in Bristol are sharp as a whistle when they do the Bristol Stomp" pops up.. oldest songs will somehow come into my mind more than newer songs.. enough of that tangent for now. The mind is a terrible thing to waste, I have done a pretty good job at that.

You can spin it as " playing to the level of the competition". Not a great way to spin it, but better than " can't beat the good teams".......
