Patriots 2013 Season Wrap - Offense Grades and Needs Moving Forward
By:

And yet when the dust settled, the team was #3 in the most important stat for offenses?scoring so kudos go to Brady, Belichick and Josh McDaniels for getting it done....

Ryan Mallett provided back-up duties and never saw the field in 2013, and his name continues to be bandied about as trade fodder although I consider that possibility remote. -

I agree with this sentiment. Get a UDRFA and put him on he PS. Trading this guy with 3 years in the system won't net us draft gold. 2 spots on the 53 is fine, we need depth elsewhere. Let him walk after next year.

I think the OL is in decent shape also. Minor tweaks. WR and TE need help. That Hernandez crutch really hurts us. He murdered our cap for this offseason

Good article Steve. I felt compelled to respond since no one ever does to this sites articles. You'd get a ton more responses if you posted as a regular user as, say, SteveBomb or some such flashy poster name. It's like the lightbulb means skip. Oh well, some of us read them.
