Brett Veach harassed Andy Reid into watching game tape of Patrick Mahomes and essentially begged him to take him. Veach was quickly promoted to GM after that.

Bill has shown he's goes rogue too often.

So, basically, he would not be turning them around but merely popping in to take advantage of the groundwork laid by those who preceded him.

I think it's come to a point where Krafts have to fire BB after this season.
Not because I don't think he COULD turn it around, but because the stench of failure is all over his coaching tree right now, and I don't think he could get any decent FA to sign here anymore. I think players are over it, the air of supremacy and even relevancy is gone from Foxboro.
The dysfunction is real, the failed signings, the horrible staff moves... This is the end. Or better be, if the Krafts have any sense left.
Even Brady (while saying "Patriot for life") is invested in the Raiders, and does more rubbing elbows with teams as far from here as possible.
Its just time to do an actual re-set. New young blood. No more JMD, Patricia, Judge, BOB, even Mayo, Vrabel or Troy Brown.
Just start fresh.
