They're both big guys who catch passes.
Evans doesn't run with much power for a guy 250 and isn't a real smashmouth blocker either.
Mills is too small for TE in the NFL, so his position is supposed to be ..fullback.
It goes without saying he has yet to prove he can do the parts of the job, blocking and running, that Evans has proved he's not very good at.
They're both one dimensional, pass catching fullbacks IMO, for what little they actually play.
