I don't think there is illegal contact if the ball is going towards that direction.

I didn't think he touched the guy while the ball was in the air. It looked like he grabbed him really early in the play.
It still pisses me off that Rodgers should have thrown the game ending pick for his team, but gets bailed out by the ref.
That pass was nowhere near the receiver.
