Our Receivers Are Already Better Than In 2022

not LT

Sometimes, you have LT's that play for many, many years. If you have a solid backup, there is no reason to draft one.

True... Maybe take a C/G every other year, with an OT/LT in between...

We underestimate just how much a disaster was for the OL. Trading Wynn and Brown was a disaster. Not being able to develop players on the OL was also a disaster. We needed to develop an IOL or acquire a vet, useless with Patricia as coach.

MY plan for 2022 if we had hired average offensive coaches for QB and OC, plus KLEMM LAST YEAR!

LT: WYNN (below average, but about the same as 2021), backup veteran
LG: STRANGE
C: ANDREWS, FERENTZ/RUSSEY
RG: ONWENU, HINES (replaced by a veteran backup after being injured)
RT: BROWN (a solid RT for 2022 and 2023), backup veteran

With a competent OL coach, this would have been workable. The plan at OT would be a first round draftee and perhaps a 4th rounder).

Isn't a draftee at LT and Brown at RT still the best answer? We have Anderson as backup LT, and Reiff as a backup RT. We probably need a backup center and perhaps OG in the draft more than a 2nd OT.
