I really like the running game. Maybe because that was how the game was played when I was a kid.

Passing is flashier, but there's nothing that looks more aesthetically pleasing to me than a running play where all the blockers just look synchronized and it's just block-block-block-HUGE GAIN. Like it all happens in this perfectly timed sequence. It's so satisfying.

It's going to be fine. Our golf league is already in it's 8th week and it feels like it started yesterday.

I'm wicked excited to see if Maye's the real deal. It's been a long time since we've been in this position with a QB.
Yeah, seeing Maye's first action as a pro in a preseason game will be pretty awesome. He probably sees a good bit of action in the first game due to his spot on the depth chart.

He ain't way down there Ross he should be pushing for Starter anything less I will be disappointed. I have zero desire to watch Biscuit Start that ain't putting butts in the seats.

Why does the 3rd overall pick in the draft have footwork that needs...adjusting? Is this becoming more of an issue with QBs who were Shotgun-only in college?

Yes, most QBs have to relearn everything from the snap to the pass coming out of college; plus Maye had his drop/stance/footwork changed twice in his last two seasons.

Its the reason there are so many busts at he position, its played much differently in college than the NFL.

As fun as the 07 season was or some of the more recent Gronk/Jules years from an offensive perspective I've always loved the 04 season and Corey Dillon's beast of a season the most. His 1500 yards were physical and weared teams out. That was still football when football was at its best.
