I didn't think Joe was involved in playcalling. I'm not sure what he does with this team beyond stand on the sidelines looking befuddled, make costly mistakes because he doesn't understand the rules, coordinate coordinators and conduct post game PC's. He'd be retired again if not for the existence of the NFC.
