Hills lawyers will plead down the charges and have a couple of Dolphins tickets for the DA.

Hill will learn nothing and keep being himself.

Out of practical curiosity, how would you respond if I said (accurately) that due to a bad hip, I can't sit on the ground of the curb in any position without it causing pain and swelling?
I would try to accommodate you assuming it was safe to do so. Have you lean against the car or sit on the bumper. It’s not that uncommon.

None of which has anything to do with Tyreek acting like a doosh. That people insist on sticking up for his entitled shtty behavior points to a sickness in our society that needs to be rooted out.

“Restorative justice” sounds so innocuous and reasonable… it’s not. If some con decides to fix and improve himself inside… that is restorative. Immediately putting violent criminals back out on the street or absolving them because they’re not criminals but “victims” is peak stupidity… it’s also social engineering. Political forces are hard at work destroying the fabric of our society so they can provide the answers to fix it down the road. The answer will be a dictatorial government, a nanny state.

Our banking masters want us to be China. and fools here are helping them along in the name of “social justice.” Good luck to you all going forward, I’m glad I won’t be around for this dystopian future.

I can help answer this one. I would offer you a seat in the back of my patrol car or have another officer stand with you as the investigation is on going. Keep in mind I could simply place you in investigative detention, put hand cuffs on you and place you in the back of the car. That is not consider an arrest. The threshold is low for investigative detention, its reasonable suspicion. To make an arrest probable cause needs to be met which is a higher bar to reach. And no being put in hand cuffs in the back of a car does not mean arrest by itself. Being told your under arrest, moving you away from the location of contact and time are all key factors in determining if someone is under arrest or not. But I think I have went off the rails here with more than you asked...sorry.

If Tyreek pulls that nonsense in New England under Belichick, he'll get traded or cut immediately.

Thanks. A for effort, at a minimum.
Why the cuffs? I'd think the back of the police car is going to keep me from causing trouble all by itself.

If the officer is comfortable about how you acting and does a pat down before placing you in the car then cuffs are not required (but my preference). I just wanted to make a point that putting handcuffs on someone alone does not mean arrest although its a step towards most citizens feeling that way and that's why the officer should communicate that at this time they are not under arrest but are being detained and the cuffs are for everyone's safety.

I had an officer working for me once that detained a guy and placed in the back of the squad car. They did not do a pat down or cuff and the guy had a gun on him, we were luck that day as it could have went really bad.
