OT: TWC will finally carry ESPN2 HD and ESPNU

I was flipping channels this afternoon and quite accidentally discovered that my cable carrier, Time Warner, has added ESPN2 HD! I half-suspected it might be just some limited time promotional freebie, but after a few seconds of googling I found out it is real! They have added ESPNU as well!

Wait is this for free? Didnt they come out with an NFL package yet? If not they really need too.

We have the HD suite - i suppose ESPN2HD is included now. Still no NFL Network...

Poker, billiards, etc. are not in HD - not that I watch them anyway, but last night the Red Sox were almost no-hit in HD ... on ESPN2.

DirecTv holds the rights to the NFL Package... it ain't going to another venue anytime soon. Buck up New Englanders and get a dish !!!!!!!!!
